We assist veterans, military family members and spouses to get trained with digital skills with the ultimate end state of getting tech jobs without having to invest years and money into training. We help tech roles become accessible by harnessing Potential not experience.

The aptitude and psychometric testing can then be completed (approximately 1.5hrs), with your results analysed and tech pathway recommendations emailed to you within 72hrs.
The self-learning training in your chosen tech field can then commence. A user friendly syllabus is presented and time commitment outlined. Access to bootcamps with our top coaches are also available.
Performance dependent, the candidates receive a certificate from WYWM denoting their standard and tech pathway.
WYWM does hire individuals directly to either work for us internally, or as a "squad member" deployed into one of our large partners with a group of like-minded people, BUT this is not guaranteed.
We are not Government subsidised, nor a charity. We provide all our training and career opportunities for free by partnering with tech companies who are looking for ex-military talent.
They pay us for access to our graduates. You are also not required to seek employment with our partners after graduating our courses - you can simply use our platform to learn new digital skills and carve your own career path.
Working with the WithYouWithMe team in the Australian army data hub was a tremendous privilege. While they came in to train us in data engineering and analysis, Scarlett, Ben and Jimmy exceed expectations providing education in various forms of operation management, leadership and many more facets. The flexibility of your training allowed me to complete the required modules at my own pace, which was critical. [The best part of the course was] presenting information and findings through visualisations to an audience to demonstrate the work done individually or as a team. Learning PowerBI, SQL and Excel were highly valuable to my current employment. We learnt about the end to end data process which included: Advanced excel, Power PI ( all facets of the suite incorporated in it) including cleaning and filtering data, analysing it, making dashboards to represent this and then presenting our findings.Already I have learnt a lot and wish to continue my learning journey through WithYouWithMe.
